No computers do not have emotions because they follow a whole different language that consists of numbers so swearing at a computer will not get it angry. Computers do not have brains they consist of artificial intelligence created by mankind thus a computer has the same properties of a human brain but it does not have a brain.

Decode this lyrics " Believe it or not"
Why not?
With the living humanoids call I-Robot.
With mind like a desk-top.
Decode this lyrics" How we don't talk anymore"
Reading and communicating with grabage in and garbage out
Could not differentiates between fantasy and reality or ghostly stories.
Wandering loose out there.
With them kicking us on the butts as casualty of the dead Mummy in not worshiping God?
Luke 9.55-56
What do you think?.

No. Humans atrribute anthropormorphic characteristics to most things, including inanimate objects, probably so they feel they can relate to them better. We're always trying to relate to things that can't be related to... But computers do not have minds, feelings, or understanding.
Unless they are starring in an Isaac Asimov book.

I think mine does to certain degree. I play the easy version of Windows solitaire and I used to win about 90% of the time. My computer now cheats to make me lose about 50% of the time. It will deal me 2 hands at once when I get close to winning or it will hold back all of one numbered suit and then throw them at me all at once toward the end of the game. So I think it at least learns with time.

No, Instead of brains, computers use microchips which has it's designated purpose for certain effects or reactions instead of "feeling" a preprogramed reaction is activated. these are located on the motherboard.
