very easy to do it yourself. other wise you'd be paying a plumber maybe $100 depending on where you live.

Go to Home Depot and they will have local prices for changing a toilet or call. They will be as expensive or more so than I will pay. Changing a toilet is very simple work and doesn't take very long-as long as there are no problems and there shouldn't be. If you are buying the parts, and think there is a possibility that the ring that the screws fit thru may be rusted, pick up a partial ring. You can take it back if you don't need it.

There's a standard price for this, for a plumber you'll pay about $125.00 to $150.00 and that's cheap. For a handiman that knows what he's doing maybe $75.00

You said "labor only" I've heard that before to. It takes about forty-five minutes to switch out the toilet.
