Anyway to give limited users more right?

Question

I know a lot about computer security. One thing that is very effective is using a limited user account. But I want some right that only computer administrators have. Or is there a program that can prevent an administrator from using some features.

If you are using Windows XP Pro you can set up group policy objects and have more granular rights.
