spinal tab.....cause of a c-section?

i had a c-section a month ago. and i had a spinal tab. 13 mo ago i had another c-section (epid.) and now my back still hurts do you think it might be inflamed? Please Help!!!!

was it a spinal to give you medication? If inflamed or infected you would probably have bad headaches.

it may not be related to the procedure
it may be due to wrong posturing and lack of spinal exercises!!
consult a physio
