Ermm...narr...if I have an outburst it has to be for a darn good reason, or I feel Ive wasted my energy.Im pretty conventinal then.?..What is the point of an outburst without a motive....just never made any sense to me, unless you have a manic disorder or something.?

My grandmother calls this her "crazy two hours". I find I also have about 2 hours every day when I'm a little giddy and I'll just play around or dance or just be randomly silly. And I'm a grown man. Scary, eh?

No it is not only you that has these kinds of outbursts. As human beings we all go through, sometimes for many emotions we are going through this is a stress reliever and sometimes its just for no reason at all.
It is absolutely normal! (Just make sure no one is around you hehe)

it happens to me all the time. i love singing Christmas song. and. dancing is my life. so i dance when im sitting down. too. and laughing. gah i laugh out loud during tests a lot.. lol

no, its not just you...this is my regular behavior lol
cant beat this one: i made little balls made of paper and threw one to every person in my classroom and then ran towards a corner and played dead for 5 minutes- ignoring all the poking and stepping on me by my classmates...
(this did not include any planning, it was just something that sprung at the moment)

oh wait!!! i also say random stuff regularly, such as walrus, wombat, walmart (yea i know it seems like i like "w's")

lol nah...not at all...we should get together i bet we could be really weird and scare people. Im a shy person but when i have these outburst people think im a dork...but i know people have them too! so why am i considered a dork hhhhhmmmmm????
