Earn the money doing chores as a group. Put out flyers announcing a chore day and list of chores you will do for money like lawn mowing, window washing, garden clean up, flowerbed clean up.
Name the Nacho stall,"Not your Nachos", "unless you buy"

Contact local businesses. Grocery stores would be a logical place to start because even if they don't donate cash they may donate product.
Also talk to some of the parents involved. Perhaps they'd be willing to 'chip in' a dollar or two.
I like Macho Nacho as a name.
