I would just chalk it up to another life experience gone bad. I learn from my mistakes.

Try and learn from the experience...every bad experience in life has a lesson to teach us. It's up to you to identify it and learn from it and move on. I've learned a great deal after my ex left me for a coworker...One of my close friends at the same time left his wife also for a younger woman...I had no idea with both..I now can look back and see a character flaw in them...insecurities within themselves...good luck and dig deep the answers are there.

At some point I would have to let it all go
But in the beginning I would be questioning my self
Did I cause this, did I do something to make this happen
stuff like that. Then when I was done and laid the blame where it belonged, I would just let them, and the whole mess go. They would never be back in my life again.

It depends on whether I was married to them or not or whether I lived with them or not. It I was in the same household with them, I would remove myself or I would remove them from the same household. If it was a friend who did not live in the same household, I would no longer remain as a friend with them. I may still care for them and would be checking on them, possibly, on the sly, but since they betrayed me, I would no longer let my guard down or let myself be hurt by them again.

Live life as usual. It happened to me, in the worst kinda way so you just gotta do for you and forget about them.
