You are going to have a problem because that motherboard supports AMD processors, and you are looking at Intel processors, they are not compatible with each other. Considering the budget you are working with, I would look at something less expensive than those two. Your case and power supply are good enough, but grab this processor:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103776, and this motherboard:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131175. Put your extra money into a good graphics card, this one is a good one for the price:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102706 you may have to wait a few days, but thats okay, its worth it.

Any will work but if you want better graphics go with the one with the highest bit. But if your monitor or tv isn't the best it doesn't really matter.
and for the processor go with a amd x2 its cheaper and it will work with the motherboard.
