I really like the name Charlie for my little girl, but I would like it to be used as a nickname.

I actually have a friend whose nickname is "Charlie", and her real name is Charlea (pronounced sort of like shar-lay). I think it's very unique! I think Charlea has a very elegant sound to it, and Charlie is a cute, tomboyish nickname. I know she gets a lot of weird looks when she says her name's Charlie, though, so I'd give her a more normal middle name, just in case she doesn't want to be a tomboy :)
All the other options that people were giving were really cute, too, though! I hope you come up with a good decision :)

Charlotte or Charlene are commonly used to get the nickname Charlie, however I have known people who have called their daughters Charlie.

I like Charlie just by itself. I would use a feminnine middle name with it, like Charlie Rose or Charlie Jayne.
