I've seen it on t-shirts, and I've read it online, but I don't know what it's talking about. I have a feeling it's something sexual, but I honestly don't know. Can anyone explain?

To me it means that you have to spend the night with a lesbian to find out what it means.
OR
The women who is displaying the slogan is merely telling everyone that she has been with another women...that's how she knows "Lesbians make the best breakfast".
It's not intended to be taken literally.

I'm going to answer this with an analogy.
Pie = A sexual area that is...um...What do you do to pies!?!
They're essentially saying they like THAT definition of pie for breakfast.

I've never heard that before, and, as a heterosexual, I think I make a fairly decent breakfast (or at least, a reasonable cup of coffee)

I am bisexual, and to me it's sort of obvious. Yes, it IS sexual. I'm afraid of actually telling you the answer in detail, but it refers to oral sex.

It means lesbians are better cooks, because women are better cooks than men, and if there are two or more women gathered together in the kitchen, it must be some good'ol cookin going on.
