Popular sovereignty is the belief that the state is created by and therefore subject to the will of its people, who are the source of all political power. It is closely associated to the social contract philosophers.

A. It is related to limited government because socialist believe in less government control and involvement in the people's lives.

B. Because the Framers were basing most of their ideas on the concept of freedom after British control... gained freedom from it so it was important to them.

Yo depressed @ss person! I'm really happy for you... and I'mma let you finish... but there's something called a gym. You pay a little money. You run on the treadmill, play some sports, gets out some endorphins, and you lose weight and be a little more happy. Sovereignty is expressed by the people through the government that must limit the rights of the people within the bounds of the constitution so that there will be no anarchy.
