I am currently 22 weeks pregnant. I am having slight pain, more like soreness, in my lower abdomen. Dont know if this is normal its definetly not contractions( had a baby and know all about that) i am not having any other symptons. It started today maybe about 3 hours ago but it wont go away. Its not like sharp intense but it is still bothersome..
I should note that I was on my feet alot today cleaning my house and that i was up and down the stairs with laundry. and after my 18 month old and our 5 month old pit bull..

Could it be ligament pain? I am quite sore too under my bump, and it gets worse when I stand

Pregnant women should take more rest. You must have over exhausted yourself. Do not overdo your housework.
