She's my close friend and she is depressed so deeply that she gave up plans to go to sixflags with me and other friends. Her ex broke up with up with her and she cant get him out of her mine. She wants to deny him in making out but she rather not do it now. She doesn't care any more but I know she's lying.

Hell yea she's lieing. She's also dealing with a debt to herself. Which is going to be what brecks her again and again, and also allows her to want to keep hope for him. So really unless you can breck into her head, get her to amit the truth, and then explain a different path for her, all you can do is try and make her comfrontable. Its not a simple, she still in love, this goes extremely deep, right into her purpose in life, which was what he was. Scince she never had much of a purpose before him, and has become in a way, addicted to him, she can't let go of the purpose he gave her. So unless you can find a way to replace that, your stuck playing nothing more then a shoulder to cry on, but unfornutly that only works, if she knows how to use it.....
