Sometimes people do things and I become very upset about that.

Some things make my blood boil and I find it hard not to lash out and make things much worse.

How can I make people understand that what they do makes me angry or hurts me without being brutal?

I find that being too tactful doesn't get the point as well as saying: ''You are really starting to piss me off.''

it is hard sometimes to control our temper and to make people understand that what they're doing doesnt please us. If you want to keep your cool, try counting 1-10 after someone pisses you off. It helps to alleviate your anger and if you happen to lash out, it wont be as harsh.

try also to look at their point of view..maybe you can get a glimpse of why they do those things instead of just focusing on your stand.

Why do you care what others do? If they are doing something to you, just ask them to stop. If they're not doing it to you, does it affect you in some way? If it does, tell them your concerns. Is this at work, at school, at home, or somewhere else? If you're emotionally involved with the person who does this, you must make an attempt to calmly talk it out. If it's a complete stranger who has never seen you before, and may never see you again, you have anger management issues. See a counselor. See a counselor anyway, and be more specific about what gets to you, details are important.
