First, convert mph to ft/sec
1 mph = 1.47 feet per second
so 70 mph = 103 ft/sec

the flight time with be twice the time to apogee.
at 25 degrees,

flight time=2*103*sin(25)/32
=2.72 seconds

So the range is
103*cos(25)*2.72
or

254 feet
Integer(254/6)=42 cars

That's alot of cars
