I always hedge my bets. I have a pair of mittens where the hand covering piece folds down so that you can flip it out of the way and then your fingers are exposed for doing delicate work. So I have both covered with that thinsulated pair.
I bought those when I was doing an outdoor job in Maine during the winter where I needed to go outside and then type on my laptop computer. Only this combo would let me do that.
