I am considering breast reduction surgery. I would be looking for a doctor in the Allentown or Philadelphia area of PA, or the Syracuse area of NY, or maybe even NYC?

Look in your health care directory FIRST. IF you go out of your network you will pay more out of pocket than you need to.

My insurance covered mine 100% and I had an in network plastic surgeon operate on me in Feb 2006 (38J to 38C).
