night...i would have to get up way too early to take one in the morning and i'm definitely not a morning person!

I take them at night. So when I wake up in the morning, I can wash my face, underarms and stuff and then get my clothes on and go on about my day. Besides, to me, it feels much better taking a bath at night, to get all that dirt off from the day.

One in the morning, possibly one at night or a bath at night.
Depending on the weather I can take up to three a day.

Both unless I'm running late in the morning. But if you're like me and have allergies (pollen, ragweed, dander, anything outdoors) and prefer to take one bath a day, its best to take a bath at night. During the course of the day you collect allergens on your body and clothing. To not have it collect in your home, and importantly in your bed, you should wash it off at the end of the day.

In the morning as it refreshes me and wakes me up for the day before that first cup of coffee.
