Clean the airconditioning unit. You can use a leaf blower, or a hose. Take the outer case off if you can; should be a couple of screws holding it onto the actual airconditioning unit. The frogs, however, like the wet, cool environment inside the case and safety from birds and snakes. Your unit must be low enough for the frogs to hop up onto.

How to keep the frogs out? You can't block the vents in the case because the motor needs air. Try hanging something the frogs can't grab onto from the bottom of the unit, like a few nails on a string. Sortof like how buildings keep pigeons from roosting, but upside down.

They may not be able to get out by themselves. There should be a filter somewhere(air filter) that may give you access. Make sure they have a way out, then use some non toxic spray(like a bathroom scent) and give them a little shot. the cold air should make them leave. Otherwise you will need to do some disassembly to get them. They also may not like bright light, turn the desk lamp on them for awhile, its hot and drying.
