Im glad that good hip-hop prevailed over gangsta rap. There are so FEW truly talented artists at the top of the charts and it's getting flooded by gangsta rappers or well-produced fake *** rappers.
50 has the voice and the delivery but Kanye has the rhymes, beats, flow, styles and production.

i think it was a marketing ploy they did to sell more records.... remember beef=sells
i dont like 50's rapping all his songs sound the same candy shop/amusement park, his voice sucks, doesnt have a message. only good i can see in it is that he normally has that catchy dr dre beat. alot of people nowadays like a good beat and careless about the actual rapping so i guess that sells
i was hoping kanye would win, but i do have to give 50 his props for vitamin water. $400mil? he does "got money". even with kanye west winning i bet 50 doesnt care he still has more money

does it matter? he's still in the top 5 best selling albums of 07, along with a 400 million dollar contract w/ vitamin water, does is matter if he doesnt outsell kanye for the first few months? 50's debut album has sold more copies than all 3 of kanye's albums combined.....i dont think he's sweatin it
