You got really really drunk, then you went fast jogging until you were exhausted, then you jumped from a bridge into a wide river with deep undercurrents?
Just out of interest.

I would think the depressant effect of the alcohol would slow your metabolism at least to a degree. That could help you survive longer without oxygen if you were sucked under by the current. But then the jogging would sober you up, so that would decrease your chance of survival, because it would increase your metabolism and need for oxygen.

But if you were so drunk that you were puking, you would just choke on that anyway. The lesson here? Learn your limits before jumping off a bridge into a wide river with strong undercurrents.

On out.

You will live, but might not have sufficient brain cells left to function adequately!

I know cause I have tried it... well it wasn't necessarily a river... it was a pool, but there was wrestling involved!
