I can get some more perhaps next month, but they aren't suffering are they?
They look fine... They don't really swim together much but arent hiding in corners or scared of the other fishies (which are just a few guppies... And a pleco...)
Let me know ;) Cheers!!

They are scared because they have no way to defend themselves against even the smallest threat. Fish school to make themselves appear larger, and deter predators. When you keep two tiny, schooling fish that easily stress, you are just going to make them more prone to infection. Get 3+ more Neons ASAP and you should see much healthier, bolder fish. Email me if you have any questions.

Although they may not be unhealthy now, things can happen. Neon tetras are schooling fish and are best kept in groups of odd numbers. Just purchase perhaps one more and things will be great.

Well they will eventually perish if they are not kept in schools, them wandering around is them trying to find a school so they become less stressful, might as well pay that extra 4-8 dollars and get 4 more

Neons are schooling fish, so they'll be much happier and live longer with a bunch of buddies.

I would think they are fine concidering the size of the fish and temperment of the fish you have described in the tank.
