sex becomes less and less.
stop talking, stop going out, social activities becomes less.
don't say i love you anymore.

well am not that sure but let me say some of the things that i often hear & read:
-when you don't agree on the things that you normally discuss & agree upon (say,weekend activities)
-when one of you start to complain about the way things are going with your relationship
-when you argue a lot even with the slightest of things
-when either or both of you lose interest in sex because of a number of reasons(INCLUDING morning breath sometimes!)
& i mean reasons from the biggest to the trivial ones.
i can say a lot more but it also helps to get the opinion of the other contributors as well.some of them had a better view of such things.

If you have to ask, and you are asking for personal reasons, then it has already started. My mother and father have been together 18 years and her heart still skips a beat everytime she sees him. Not a medical condition. Just love. That is the way you should feel. That is the way I feel about my husband even though we have not been together as long.

He stops calling you.
He stops hugging you.
You notice that he's not a loving as he once was.
He calls a date off for no good reason.
He has to "work late" more often then usual.
He starts flirting with other ladies in front of you ( like waitresses and store checkers)
