we have alot of spiders in our house but no other types of bugs how can we get them out?

Spiders actually eat other bugs. They cannot be killed by spraying around the house, even by a professional, etc. Their bodies are constructed to lift them from direct contact with the poisons. The only way to kill them is direct contact. If you are anything like me, I hate them!
I use sticky traps in the corners of the rooms with the biggest problems.

The reason you don't have other types of bugs is because you have spiders. When they get to me I use the vacuum, it may seem like there is not that much suction to hurt them but I have never had them climb back out. I do th same with ants and it works for them also.

WOW, well I would call an exterminator but thats not the answer your looking for so i would try pesticide omg that killed me to say that becuz it harms the environment but desperate times comes desperate measures

raid ant and roach actually kills spiders
