It depends on what the scoring settings are for your particular league; they differ from league to league. But I will offer an example:

In Yahoo Public Leagues (which I am in), the Chargers' defense would have scored as follows ----

3 points allowed = 7 fantasy points
1 QB sack (1 pt per sack) = 1 fantasy point
3 turnovers forced (2 pts per) = 6 fantasy points
1 touchdown scored (defense recovered fumble and took in for TD) = 6 fantasy points

This came out to a total of 20 fantasy points. But this is only an example. Check your league's scoring settings to know for sure.

Overall I give you an 8. Go with Johnson and Jones for RB's and pick up another receiver. Look to the Colts for a good one.

HOw would anyone know how to calculate that without knowing your fantasy league rules? What are you doing playing fantasy football without knowing how the scoring works?
