It's obvious that you have NOT been to New York or New Jersy. Go to the town hall in Downtown or Courthouse. Most lawyer and prosecuters you will see are going to be Asian. Lots of Immigration lawyers are Indian as well.

That depends on what part of the world you are in. In Japan, nearly every lawyer is Asian. In major USA cities, there is a fair number, probably around 10-20% on the West Coast. In smaller American towns the number of Asian lawyers drops significantly. Everywhere else in the world (except Asia) the number of Asian lawyers is closer to nil.

"will i have trouble being a lawyer if i'm asian?" That depends on many factors. The first factor is how competant your are. A bad lawyer is a bad lawyer and clients won't stick around long. Ablitiy to communicate correctly as well as effectively is vital to any profession. When public speaking is involved, it becomes even more important. Finally, it depends on where you practice law. The more rural the area, the community becomes less tollerant of outsiders.

There are plenty of bigotted people everywhere, but large urban areas allow you to find acceptance with at least some of the community. Good Luck

As long as you are smart and well articulate you will do fine as a lawyer, asian, white, black or any other nationality.
