division in factoring factor the polnomial. Help me I can't do these division for the life of me
x^3+2x^2-5x-6,x+3

x^2 - x - 2



..........x^2..-...x..........-...2
x - 3...x^3 + 2x^2 - 5x - 6
..........x^3 + 3x^2
....................-x^2 - 5x
....................-x^2 - 3x
............................- 2x - 6
............................- 2x - 6
.....................................0

x^3+2x^2-5x-6 / x+3 = x^2-x-2 or
=(x+1)(x-2)

if u still not sure, try to multiply (x+3)(x+1)(x-2) will yields to x^3+2x^2-5x-6.

I believe it's 3x^5 - 11x + 3, but I'm not sure.
