We do. And we do various things. My wife might have a shopping night out with my daughters or with her friends.I used to but now I am disabled so I am not up to it.But I used to have a poker night and sometimes we would go bowling. I was never much of a drinker so we did not frequent the bars.
The most important thing is that you respect your partner and not do anything that would destroy his/her trust in you.
We have been married for almost 50 years so it worked for us
Remember to also schedule a date night once a week with your partner.

Heya,
well I have been with my partner now for nearly 5 years and we have seperate nights out all the time. you have to have seperate interests and friends I think this way you have things to talk about. There is nothing worse than sitting there with nothing to tell eachother because you do absolutely everything together. Get a hobby or join a club , meet new friends and socialise outside of your relationship. It also helps to make the time you do spend together exciting and interesting and you have to do that or else you will drive eachother mad.
I try atleast ever couple of months to go out with just the girls and have some drinks or take some time out away from their kids and my partner and just chat, down the beach at a coffee shop doesnt matter. Its a nice treat to get away.
Whatever you do aslong as your both happy thats all that matters. Enjoy being inlove and keep it interesting.

me and my girls try to get together at least once a week...we go back and forth between either going out to dinner or going to different girl's houses and cooking dinner. my fiancee has boy's night every night on his xbox 360 elite. :) then on a couple Saturday's a month we go out with some couples...but normally the guy's do there own thing and the girl's sit and chit chat.

I do...depends on how busy I am...We either go out dancing or just hang at each other's place, or have a coffee somewhere during the day and chat...doesn't need to take place at night and everyweek...

I just had a girls night out on Friday and we all went to a local bar, went home and had fun with our men!!
