i have a small tank it is made for a betta fish but it is like 2 cups could i put a water crab in it

As KT said, that isn't enough room for crabs (and certainly is too small for one, let alone 2 Bettas!). The other issue with most "freshwater crabs" is that they aren't truly freshwater crabs, they are actually brackish (a mixture of saltwater and freshwater). This means that they are slowly dying in freshwater. Also, they would surely take the fins right off of your Betta, and pick at it in every possible way. There are very few true freshwater crabs, and almost none on the market.

No, crabs need at least a 10 gallon. Even bettas should have a bigger tank than two cups of water.

No, the crab would eat the fish.
