hi people,
I 've been in my new job for less than 4 months. I did good job during this time, and my manager evaluated me as very good before he left .higher manager will review this evaluation soon. I know the big manager will give me a raise if I ask for it, but what is the best way or the right phrase to ask for a raise ? I appreciate any opinion it might help me.

the best way forthat is to straight out and ask for it. tell them you are doing a good job and working hard and that you feel that you should be given a raise you are trying to make a difference in this company and you hope they also see it.

you dont ask for a raise.
if your boss thinks you deserve it, he will give it to you. it's like asking for a present or love off someone else.
