and i am hoping to go to spain when i turn 16 with my spanish class
so i need to get my passport

what do i do?

the divorce is not finalized
my mom and dad live together
and it has been 2 years so far

If you want to know the process, documents required, etc for obtaining a passport, call your local passport office and ask. I assume you want to know if both parents have to consent for it. That *may* depend on your exact age (under 14 or over) and who has legal custody. Keep in mind that since they are not divorced any custody order that may be in place is a temporary order, so that will likely factor into the equation.
