Do not worry bee venom has little effect on cats and dogs. Scrap the stinger out if it is stuck and then let it be. You can put sting ointment (human sting ointment) if you wish, but generally cats are not as bothered by stings as humans and will lick the ointment off anyways.

We have a cat who eats bees and has been stung a few times, he has to go to the Vet to get the stinger removed usually from his lip.
This is why he prefers moths & butterflies.
