Testosterone is a hormone that is produced by the adrenal glands in men and women and in the testicles of men. Testosterone stimulates muscle growth in the body and stimulates the male body to produce sperm. The amount of testosterone that the body produces is controlled by the pituitary gland, which is located in the brain, and can be influenced by stress, diet, exercise, rest, and other outside influences. However, the loss of semen (which involves the release of sperm) through sex or masturbation actually increases testosterone levels as the body replaces the sperm that was released.
Low testosterone does indirectly lower metabolism. Because individuals with low testosterone have decreased muscle mass, their body burns calories at a slower rate. However, the loss of semen does not result in low testosterone levels. Rather, that sounds like the idea of some bible-thumping hypocrite who believes that masturbation is a sin.

Loss of semen, as in ..... ejaculation? If this is what you mean then, that is wrong. It's just the opposite actually, the more you ejaculate the more your body will produce more semen and will make you big and strong like bull.

No way testosterone is completely different.

its also like saying when a girl has her period she loses estrogen its stupid. Semen is what is produced in your testicles to make babies and has nothing to do with other hormones

hope this helps =)
