They are really careful about taking inmates to a hospital to be checked out. In Blacksburg, Virginia and inmate who was in jail for attempted robbery was sent to the hospital for falling out of bed and hurting himself. When at te hospital he ripped th toilet paper dispenser out of the wall and assaulted a sheriff's deputy and killed a security guard. This guy shut down the town of Blacksburg for 37 hours. He eventually killed a sheriff's deputy on a popular walking trail before being caught. His trial is supposed to start soon and he's now facing the death penalty for 3 counts of capital murder and some other charges. His name is William Morva, look him up.

Make sense to you?

You live in Missouri right? I have been to prison in Oklahoma and Dept. of Corrections in any state can do pretty much what they want to. If she has been sentenced. If she has to do time in Missouri and has been convicted of a crime in Virginia, then she will do the time in MO first and then go from there. If Missouri is just holding her until VA comes and gets her I'm not for sure on those laws. Call the DA and maybe they will help. If not - do some research on the net and read the laws for each state..... good luck....... I've been down for 20 months in Oklahoma. I lived in Clay county years ago.
