look in your bathroom or you mom's makeup area and find something that is a make up remover, it should be there
*GENTLY rub your eyes with the make up remover, then rinse with warm water
then dab your eyes try
hahah i used to play around w/ make up too
or if you cant find a make up remover, get a soft gauze or wash cloth and soak it with warm soapy water and rub gently (back to the *)
good luck!
if theres some dark circles from the make up, put a tiny bit of concealer and blend it in to hide the darkness
then later wash it off like the above!

use a couple drops of baby oil on a q-tip to wipe it off but dont get the oil in your eyes. Wash your face and rub your eyes gently with your fingers when the soap is lather-y. Rinse well.
repeat as many times as needed.

Use anything oily to break down the waterproof mascara.
e.g. lotion, cold cream, baby oil
Put just a bit on a cotton pad or cotton ball. Close one eye & press the cotton against it for a minute. Wipe gently & rinse. Do the other eye.

Put any type of lotion on a tissue and gently rub the eye area and it should all come off. Be careful not to get any lotion in your eyes. Rinse after you are done.

Look for as bottle of generally blue(but not alawys)liquid that says EYE MAKEUP REMOVER- make sure it says this. Follow directions. if you don't have that use facewash- look around your bathroom- many facewashes boast of their makeup removing powers- you need a soap that is gentle enought ot be near your eyes so be careful. If all else fails search for the baby shampoo that is safe to get into eyes.

Wash your face with face wash, like scrub (but not like scratch or anything). And it will run after wards so use a washcloth to remove that

Wash your face with the face wash that you normally use. If that doesn't work steal your mom's makeup remover.
