Well i have Norton Anti-virus but just right now it said that my trial has expired which i don't understand 'cause it was bought so how was it a trial. Well I also have Spy Sweeper but i think it is a little hard on my computer. So now i need a new anti virus program and maybe a new anti spy ware program. Do any of you know any good anti virus programs and anti spy ware program, that go along with each other? prefer programs that are free, but if you know any really good programs that are store bought and go well with each other please tell me.

It's a trial even if you purchased it. My mom and me did the same thing and it gave us like a year because it expires. I'd buy Norton 360 it's a lot better than the regular anti virus and it covers everything that could go wrong with your computer. It's not too expensive either. You can buy it at any appliance store. I got mine at Staples. Good Luck!

The best program Ive ever seen in my many years of using computers is windows live one care.You can install it on three computers and it pretty much does everything,anti virus,spyware,firewall,tunes up your computer and will prompt you to do a backup of the programs you want to protect.The great thing about this program is you don't even know its working as it doesn't use much of your computer power.

I have heard a lot of good things about AVG, but if Norton has cleaned up their software, I'd go with that instead. Thanks to your question, I may even check out Norton 2010. As for the "Macs don't get viruses" myth, they do get viruses. They just don't get as much because most viruses target PCs.
