I have a Citation Wizard model #3KC8838 and I forgot how to thread it and find out how to trouble shoot.?

It won't sew at all and the bobbin thread keeps knotting up and it is loose. What am I doing wrong?

Most machines work the same way and some generic tips could help. Otherwise, take it to a repair shop and ask for specific operating instructions.

If you type (in the search bar) the name of the company that made the sewing machine, you may be able to find a link, to that particular machine, and may be able to download the manual. Good Luck
