As an American who has lived in England. I can assure you that she is not the majority! Thank Heavens! But fortunately for her... She can always be spotted in crowd! However... This means her companions will never lose her in a crowd either... Though I believe they do keep trying to! LOL!

I don't know but when I was in Scotland, I can say that I saw more men in Kilts and muscle tee shirts than I ever wanted to see lol I think the British always have a few that tend to overdress in their colors.
