I think I'd have to say "yes", because then "Dubya" would NEVER have gotten voted into office! The man barely understands how to tie his shoes, much less the U.S. Constitution!

Knowledge of the constitution is an advantage for a Presidential candidate but it is not required as provided for the in the Constitution for one to become a President.

Better option - a voter should be required to fully understand the Constitution before being allowed to vote.

That'll guarantee a Conservative landslide.

I wish more voters understood the constitution...but I guess the Liberals will never allow that; it would put them out of business.
