i know a girl who broken with her lover 3 months ago . i love her, and i want to get marry with her . the problem that she looks at me as friend or brother.also she somehow afraid of me cause i know about her past with that guy .what should i do to convince her to change her view to me

Tell her, "OK you have been moping around for 3 months. It's time you get out and have some fun. Why don't I get tickets for ...... and we go do/see/play it." Pick someplace FUN. Amusement parks are always fun, mini golf, comedy club, etc. Get her laughing. There is no greater therapy than laughter. After the date, say, "OK, that was fun, where should we go tomorrow/next weekend?" and just start taking her out. After several of these outings she will relax with you. Then, in a moment when you are laughing together, or looking at a beautiful sunset, just put your arms around her and kiss her. If things are awkward, just say "You know I really like you, don't you?" You will know by her reaction.
My best friend and I started going out, just as friends, after I moved to her city. I fell in love, did just what I told you to do. We've been married 41 yrs. Good luck.

If she's just broken up with a guy 3 months ago, you've got to give her some time. Be there for her, and ask her out on dates.
Why would she be afraid of you because you know about her past? In healthy relationships, people share their pasts with each other. It's not something to fear, it's something to share...

Never convince a female to marry you. This is something she has to believe in. It takes time, so meanwhile, show her that you are there for her. Show her, in certain ways, how you feel about her. Be subtle, or you will lose a friend.....
