Pick a certain time every day and walk for 1/2 an hour straight.
Sound too simple? It isn't. It gives you all the cardiovascular benefits an average person needs. It's also a great way to clear your head. Don't go buy expensive exercise equipment. You won't use it and then you'll feel guilty about wasting the money

I for one would hate to see you go!! There are some things that you can do while you are sitting at the computer, like leg lifts, you can also do things to tone muscle from the sitting position but the best would probably set aside a certain time of day when things are slow in her and make yourself go for a walk!! I'm working with some of these things myself!!

I hope you still stay with us .But if you need exercise then go and do it a little at atime still you work up to a full set . We all want the best for you .

You could do some exercises when your butt gets tired of sitting in the chair typing.....
