A shot of booze never did much for me (other than burn a hole through my gut at the ripe old age of 19 so kissed that nonsense goodbye) and the only other shot I've ever gotten (aside from vaccines) are my annual flu shots. Been lucky as I only seem to have gotten sick once in the past couple of years. Worth it even if just to make you not get as ill as you might have.

Two saturday's ago I did a shot of Tequilla followed by two shots of Vodka...
In 1999 I had a Teburculosis shot.... preventiative.... not cause I had it. LOL Obviously : )
In 2000 I almost got shot when I was teaching in a city school.
Last month a had a shot at dating this really amazing guy... turned out I was too amazing for him : )
Right now, I think I had a shot at best answer but I rambled A LOT...

1 month ago. I needed a tetanus shot because I sliced my finger open on a dirty nail outside. And I got 2 shots to numb my finger for the stitches.

Two years ago. Yeah, I'm that bad.
I'll need the flu shot so I don't get the flu, though. I don't know when I'm getting my flu shot.
