Go to your school counselor, they will talk to you about what you feel, if need be, they will refer you for additional help and you will get the care and treatment that you need. What you are going through is normal, everyone just has their own way of coping with these feelings, and there is nothing wrong with seeking help, it's the right thing to do. Don't let yourself suffer needlessly.

You should go to a doctor. Did you know anxiety is the most common of mood disorders? You are not alone my friend. If you go to a doctor and describe how you are feeling, he will help you. It's worth a try. Stress can hurt you, and the feeling of being anxious all the time sucks!

Anxiety happens....you don't always need medication but you do need to figure out how to relax your mind. One thing that I learned in yoga class was to BREATH...yes the same thing that we do all the time...take DEEP breaths...feel up the air in your lungs and belly kind of breathing..things in life can be overwhelming...learn to use your bodies natural tools....plug one nose hole and breath in and out from the second..then reverse it...
When you take deep breaths your heart rate seems to fall and this helps you sleep or relax.
Wiggle your toes and fingers or have some one play with your hair and scalp...
What makes you feel worthless? Some thing that you did or didn't do?

I urge you to seek a physician. In addition to counseling, there are many anxiolytic (anxiety-reducing) medications that are safe and extremely useful with no potential for addiction.
