My general preference is definitely Rosemary. ;) While Giovanna is a lovely name, especially assuming Italian heritage, I'm hearing it and the shortened form Gianna a LOT lately, so it seems far more expected a choice than beautiful, old-fashioned Rosemary.
Now knowing your other children are Guinevere, Josephina, and Mathilda, I love it even more! It's perfectly fitting in sound and style and also avoids the repeated initial with Guinevere and identical beginning Jo- sound like Josephina (jo-se-FEEN-a and jo-VAHN-a sound like overly-matchy twin names, know what I mean?).
Guinevere, Josephina, Mathilda and Rosemary, on the other hand, is perfect! ;)

Lol, okay I know you didn't suggest this, but I like Rosemary Lenore the best! Rosemary is an awesome name and it looks so pretty when written out.

Rosemary Louise is very pretty. Giovanna is okay but it's too popular right now.
