What is needed for a man to have a baby is the same as is needed for a woman; uterus, ovaries, and the right hormonal balance. Generally, men don't have any of these things (with the exception of pre-treatment transsexual men, who have all of them, but they are removed during treatment).
It is theoretically possible for a (non-transsexual) man to carry a baby, if a fertilised egg is implanted on a suitable structure within his abdomen, and his hormones artificially controlled; the baby would have to be delivered by C-section of course. It's purely theoretical for a number of reasons, not least the unacceptable risk to two lives.

It can never happen. Men are built wrong for one. Even if you cut of Mr winky and made a faux vagina, he STILL wouldn't have a uterus, ovaries or a cervix to keep it closed. He wouldn't have the right kind of glands to emit the right type of hormones at each step of the way. It's just impossible. His pelvic structure is even different. Men's hips are built different than females, that's one of the reasons they can tell from just a skeleton if it was a male or female because they are soooo different structurally! Even if you could change EVERYTHING a male body has wrong with it to make it physically possible somehow he STILL wouldn't be emotionally or physically strong enough. Look how many men wimper over getting a cold and lay around in bed for a week meanwhile his female counterpart might have a rare form of flu, cancer AND chicken pox and is up cleaning the house and making dinner and doing all the laundry AND waiting on his sick butt. There's just no way EVER a man could carry a baby inside him and give birth.

There is 100% no way a man can bear children.
a sex change does nothing more than change genitals.
a man cannot have a uterus, fallopian tubes, cervix or any other female organ. and even if he could, he will not produce eggs, have female hormones or have the chemicals in his brain to tell the rest of his body to get his period or ovulate.

a women who had her uterus removed still became pregnant with the fetus attaching itself to the outer lining of some internal organ. it was a one in a million chance thing, but that proves that all you would need is an egg and sperm to meet in an abdomen. then a little c-section and you've got yourself a baby. good luck with this argument.

A sex change does not change the internal body, just the external. Therefore, a man cannot become pregnant. If one ever did, and gave birth, the population would decline radically.
