What you need to do is go to a college library and look up gender communication, relationship communication, and any other terms that describe it, on their library search engine. You will be able to find books and journal articles about it. I don't recommend Google because most of the results won't be scholarly, and most research is in journals and library books, not available on the internet. (Most journals are available for a charge, which libraries have paid so you can access them for free there).

google it, I did a report on gender communication and a lot came up, you can narrow it down, try specific things in a relationship. There are millions out there, fights, what keeps people together, how to make it, etc.

Good luck

This looks interesting. Has charts and everything. It's in PDF format.
