It depends. There are a few things you can do to make it a little faster. On your start button there is a "startup" option, this will enable you to not have everything start at once when you turn it on. Also, defragment (located in system tools) your computer. This just takes all the info and lines it up so your computer doesn't have to deal with skipping over information that has been deleted. Try buying an spyware software (i know for sure you can get it at most big chain stores for rather cheap) and run it, but you can uninstall it after you get rid of the bugs because its not a very good real-time protection tool, more it takes up alot of memory. Try those and if they don't work, you can find a shop and talk to them about maybe getting more memory for it. I had to up my memory on my old one and it only costed $20. Hope that helps!

This could be from a variety of reasons. Most of them could be solved with a antivirus software. If you already have one run a scan on your C drive. After that if you're still having problems you could try a disk cleanup:
Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-Disk Cleanup-Once it's calculated how much room can bee saved another window will pop up-Check all the boxes and continue through the process. You should be fine
Hope this helps

i think its an Ad-Ware/Malware, you'll have to scan it with a registry repair and windows defender.
also, if you want more speed try: PC booster, it'll boost your computer's speed.
