Do you mean as in celebrity worship magazines, like "People" and "Us"?
If so, YES!
I just hate the way people pant and moan and gnash their teeth and jump around like psychotic dogs about celebrities. Who cares! If someone's famous for being talented, so be it -- enjoy the films or shows they appear in, but leave it at that.
It's appalling that people spend so much of their precious time being consumed with the lives of strangers. If my life were that empty, I'd change it fast.
