I'm only 13!! and I am growing weird hair.... like I seen this boy that has it, and my moms friends son has it too..
Like its a straight line of hairs from your belly button down to where your pants go....

hehe - it's called the happy trail. let your hand follow it down to the center of pleasure. Or better yet let a freind do it. Any way you shake it though, that line of hair is going to come at some point during puberty so relax and enjoy it. One more sign you are changing into an adult.

Do you comb or brush it a lot? If so, that might be causing some breakage. Hair grows, but if there's a lot of overstyling, the breakage might make it seem as if it's not growing. I also have very curly hair and don't comb it a lot and never brush it. Brushing it causes frizz. I used to relax it, but it became damaged and would break from the chemicals and overstyling. Ever since I went natural, it grows like crazy.

By the time I finished puberty, I had quite a bit of hair going down my stomach, more than just that line. Don't worry about it.
