Say thats my boy and let him enjoy-just watch out for them fleas.P.s. by the way is that way my dog got fleas-oh well -She can enjoy too.I guess at least they are or can...lol

If you are referring to "doggy style" (tee hee) then what is happening is the male dog's member has swelled. It is nigh impossible to get it out. Yucky, but true. I would try cold hose water--a lot of times, they want to separate but they can't due to this problem. If the boy gets calmed down, then they can separate. If you don't know the dogs, don't get close, though.

Leave them alone unless you know the dogs and you know that they want to stop as you know that they are finished for sure as male dogs usually can't pull out when they are finished as they are too swollen.

Turn on the cold water and hose them, but do NOT GET NEAR THEM! and yes, do call 911.

Standard way of stopping it is to turn the hose on them with a strong jet spray. They won't like it, but hey, it avoids puppies!
